I made 18 of these for a swap I'm in. Overtop of the entire card is a transparency overlay stamped with Big and Little Pieces in white stazon, it looks so neat! Plus the transparency gives the a nice glossy look.
You know what I love most about Big Pieces, I love the little pieces, but rarely use them since they are so small, but they are now so much easier to use with their larger counterparts!
Alright, sorry everyone, I just come home from work, was I ever surprised to see so many PMs, and then another one with forum link. Okay, so here's what I did. The cards are 4.25 square. I made the acetate overlays 4.25 x5.5. I centered it over the image, so that equal parts of the acetate lay over the top and bottom. On the back of the cardfront, along the top and bottom, I applied a strip of sticky strip. Tightly fold the top part over, into the sticky strip. Now, you know when you are wrapping a present and are bringing in the paper nice and tight, that's what I did for the bottom piece. Fold it up and tape it down into the sticky strip.
I hope that makes sense. Basically, make the overlay too big for the card and then wrap the card with it. This came to me purely as resourcefulness. I didn't like how cost-ineffective brads were for a swap of 18, and I don't know of many good ways to hide the adhesive. This works really great, because once the cardfront is on a whole card, you cannot see how its attached. I'm sorry for making you all wait all day for the answer. I had no idea I would cause such a kerfuffle, thanks for all the comments too.
