TLC89 Flying Penguin

Poster: mobilemole

Ok here's my very first attempt at this technique! Stamped image on main CS, then stamped on vellum, cut out vellum to resemble shape of a lake and flipped it over to get the mirror effect. Liquid Pearl and glitter around the perimeter for "snow" around the lake.
