I used SU bashful blue and whisper white paper. I punched a 3 in. circle in the blue, then stamped the large blue snowflake on the white card. I used the SU white craft ink and clear embossing powder to emboss the snowflakes and word on the blue paper. I put the blue paper face down and put a piece of clear packing tape on the back. I turned it over and then sprinkled glitter on the front of the tape (sticky side) to make the glitter window. I put some sheer ribbon and beads on the front and attached it to the white.
