My designer paper panel is cut the same size as the card front minus ¼” on one side. The fold up is 5/8” on the right side, 1 ½” on the left side.
I didnÂ’t have double sided paper so I put a piece behind the fold up and cut the scallop up. Then took that left over piece and lined it up against the already cut piece and made my new cuts keeping the scallop opposite. ItÂ’s folded and tucked under the panel.
Using PSX bridal embossing powder I added the snowflakes to the paper and it shines so pretty in real life but to get it to show up in a camera shot really throws the paper color off. I used glitter glue on the stamped image and sentiment snowflakes, snowman heart and snow under him.
The snowman panel stands above the card with foam squares.
This is a quick thirty minutes or less card.

Roxi, this may be a 30 min. or less card for you, but definately not for me. I love this! The snowman is the cutest... Love those snowflake brads and of course you used my favorite color...BLUE! Great job on the scalloped edges.
