This is the outside of the card I made for my monthly demo meeting swap. It's a 11 x 4 1/4 piece of cs, folded at the 5 1/2 mark, and 1 1/4 inch is cut off the front flap. Using the Square Coluzzle I cut a small window in NoN CS, the Vellum cutouts (punch snowflakes before you cut out the square), and frames for the window in AA CS, as well as rounding the NoN edges. I left the AA frames together with the stamped snowflake panel to be fed through the Xyron, then cut out the centers, attach the Vellum to the frame and direct-to-paper some Silver on them. Stamp the snowflakes and Warmest Wishes in Silver on the inside of the card, let it dry. To attach the cording, make 2 holes (1/16) 1/2 inch from each edge, along the fold. Put a needle on the cord, since you will need to go through the holes a few times and the cord frays. Starting on the outside of the card, leave a tail long enough to tie the bow, and thread the cording through one of the holes. Wrap it around the flap and go through that 1st hole again. Thread the cord through the 2nd hole from the inside, wrap it around the flap (making 2 parallel threads) and go through the 2nd hole again, so the needled end of the cord is on the front again. Tie your bow and snip the excess cording.
