I know this layout has been done before several times, so I'm not even going to attempt to point out one card of inspiration (just thanks to all SCS artists!). I love the look of the scalloped circles, however I have yet to see the mega scalloped circle punch in any of my local crafty stores. So, I took off the guide to the corner rounder and started punching around this circle. And it worked! I was thrilled. It doesn't take that long, and it's pretty easy to get them all lined up.

How clever you are...the results are great. I purchased my scalloped circle and oval through my local scrapbook shop (a small independent store) otherwise I think they are mostly found online on the JoAnn's or Addicted To Rubber Stamping websites. Great choice of colors.
