I used a lot of post it notes! And it sounds much harder than it is, so stay with me. The card is all one layer (except for the red matt)
I punched a bunch of 3/4" circles on the sticky part of a post it note and cut a 2X2 inch square out of a post it note. I stuck all the stickies to a square piece of white paper and brayered real red ink over the whole card. Remove the stickies.
THEN I cut a 1/2" circle in a piece of scrap paper to make a template and used a cotton ball to apply the green galore ink to the center of the circles through the template. Same with the square (1 3/8" square on scrap template).
THEN I finally got around to stamping the snowflakes in the center of the circles.

Like the idea of the 'punched holes in sticky notes and then brayered over it.' I'll just have to try this.
Love the look of this card. I am a sucker for retro/off-set prints. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the information, Connie. I had a little bit of "perceptual brain block" with your directions, but my husband (of all people!) helped me figure it out. I'm going to try it tonight!
