had some time to play today and wanted to make a few more fall cards to show to my customers at this week's classes. I used the In Color color combo - Cranberry Crisp, Chocolate Chip & Old Olive to work with the WT 81: Color Your World Challenge this week and LSC 84: Autumn leaves (added Dress it up Buttons).
I ran my perforator over my vanilla craft pad for the faux stitching you see on the chocolate rectangle. I cut out the wonderful weaves and fringed the ends to make it look more like fabric. I used Fiskars Postal Edged scissors to cut out the copper mat for leaf basket. Stamped linen & leaves in burgandy over the cranberry to stand out a little more. Used Aqua painter & reinkers to color main image and then used my brilliance copper ink to brush over the entire image to add a really subtle shimmer to it - really cool looking!
Thanks for looking!!

Wowzers!! I really, really love this one. Those buttons are perfect and so is that faux stitching. I've got to try running my perforator over the pads. Thanks for the idea.
