Kinda looks like a quilt. I'm really pleased with the way this one turned out. The recipe actually flips up to show another page with the directions. Kinda fun/different. Used the Best Blossoms Set. I love it!! I use that one so much. What a great investment!!!

Meatball Cheese Bake
1 lb. ground beef ½ c. cry bread crumbs
2 T. chopped parsley 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced 1 t. salt
½ tsp. Oregano leaves 1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 eggs, beaten 1/3 c. milk
3 T. cooking oil 3 T. chopped onion
1 cloves garlic, minced 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 t. sugar 1 c. water
8 oz pkg. Cream cheese ¾ c. sour cream
1 T. chopped parsley 1/8 t. salt
8 oz wide noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 2 T. parsley, Parmesan cheese, 1
clove garlic, 1 t. salt, oregano, pepper, eggs and milk. Mix lightly; but
well. Shape into 20-30 meatballs. Brown, a few at a time, in hot oil in
medium skillet. Remove meatballs as they brown. Combine onion, 1
clove garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, and water. Simmer for 1 hour.
Spread 3 T. of tomato mixture in bottom of 9x13 pan. Combine cream
cheese, sour cream, 1 T. parsley, salt.Place cooked noodles in pan, put
meatballs on noodles, pour remaining tomato mixture on top, spread
cream cheese/sour cream mixture on top and top with shredded cheese.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
