This is bottle bib or collar. Cut cardstock at 2 ½” x 9”. Stamp the cardstock on both sides if you wish with the Halloween BG stamp in More Mustard ink. Score at 3” and at 6” (or just flip and score 3” from each end).
Use the 1 ¼” Circle Punch to make the thumb half-circle. Also, use it to make an opening for the bottle neck by centering it so that it will hang over the bottle like a bib. Stamp “Happy Halloween” in Basic Black on top of the hole.
Cut small piece of self-sticking Magic Mesh and wrap around the front of bib.
Stamp the Festive Four pumpkin on Whisper White Cardstock with Basic Black ink. Color in with markers. When ink is dry, apply Versamarker and Crystal Clear Embossing Powder. Use glue gun to heat embossing powder until shiny. Layer onto small Basic Black cardstock with Snail-Adhesive. Adhere on top of Magic Mesh with dimensionals.

How inspiring, I just bought a whole box of crystal light single servings and I was trying to think about what to do for the teachers at Halloween. The directions are so appreciated. TFS

Thanks, I received the original pattern from Sue Duffy. She made a water bottle collar with the Sparkling Summer set. My hostess wanted me to make something using the magic mesh and something for Halloween, so this is what I came up with.
