I had a hard time with this technique, but finally came up with this idea. After sooting the glossy cs, I rubbed it off, stamped the houses in Elegant Eggplant. I then sooted it again and textured the soot with crumpled shopping bag and then stamped with cheesecloth for more texture. Then I took a tissue and removed the soot from the oval. Then I sprayed it with a matte sealer.
