Cathy was SO sweet to send me specific directions to make this card, and I really appreciate that! I decided to simplify it somewhat, as a customer wants to make a bunch of these, and I want to use it for a Stamp Camp later this week. Instead of dry embossing the circle/ornament, I just cut out a circle from Confetti White (could use Naturals White too), stamped, watercolored it, sponged the edges, and applied Versamark to the whole surface and embossed with IIEP. I used Sticky Strip to adhere it to the card since it's pretty curled up after embossing. You could use any circle cutter you have.

I ADORE this card and The City of David stampset, which will be on my next order. Thanks so much for the beautiful inspiration! I'll have to figure out how to make an ornament topper/hanger since I don't have any accomodating stamps :-) Really beautiful card!!

You could use the ornament hanger from Ornamasortment! I know it's different, though. Or it might be easy enough to draw in yourself... Thanks for the comments - I just love the results!
