I made a vertical folded card, lopped off 3/4" inches then turned it onto it's side for this, from plain white card stock (SU! Whisper White).

After stamping and coloring the li'l punkin guy, I punched him out with a 1" circle punch, and centered that onto the scallop circle clear sticker. Placed the sticker face down, sticky side up, and sprinkled some lime green glitter on the back, and it stuck all around the outside edges.
This glitter, even tho tinted, is "transparent". So, all by it's onesie, the glimmer and color of the glitter through a clear sticker didn't really show up well, until I layered it onto lime paper, and trimmed it out again, along the scallops. That did the trick for making the glitter really pop and contrast there along the edges!
A little bit of foam mounting tape for 3D effect, and he's good to go!
A slick trick: that glitter will cling to the front side of the clear sticker (static, I guess) which does not have any adhesive, so after I mounted it to the card, I just took some painters' low-tack masking tape and applied it to the front surface of the sticker; lifted off all the glitter that was clinging, and didn't mar the high gloss surface of the sticker in any way.
