OK, here's my try at today's challenge to use a stipple brush. First of all, I'm not sure what I'm using -- I have 4 of these little brushes pictured above. I bought them years ago at a stamping show and never used them. They are called Color Dusters. Is there a different purpose for them? To me a stipple brush should have a more blunt end, like the ones appear to be that are pictured in the SU catalog.
Anyway, to use them today to stipple, I had to actually hold the hairs (YKWIM) in my fingers and squeeze them together to get it firm enough to stipple onto smaller spots. Then I sort of had to pounce and drag or pounce and swirl, as just pouncing wasn't getting much color on the paper at all. I did use glossy white as I kind of remember them using that when they demoed these when I bought them.
Any helpful advice from you exprienced stipplers would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

Very pretty, I love your stipple brushes, they are much nicer than mine.

Thats it! I am buying this set! Fabulous layout as well as stippling. I've used the color dusters for a year and you are using them correctly. When you ink them up, brush from side to side. I WILL be case-ing this card! Thanks for posting.

Your stipple experiment is a success! Love the card and the look.
I, too, purchased the color dusters at a stamp show and have yet to use them! The demo I observed used the color dusters with chalks, but I like your experiment using the inks. TFS
