These are signs I made to hang over the different candy dishes for the kids to know what was in each one. Just so everyone knows, cannon balls were malted milk balls, cannon duds were milk duds, and pirate pearls were the pirate pearl m&m's that are out now. The kids loved them!
I made the markers using dried up blender pens I had gotten from Micheal's that had never really worked to begin with. I pulled out the large tip very carefully, dropped in 30 drops of reinker, put the tip back in, then put 2 drops of reinker on each tip to start the color draw. These worked great and the ink flows great. I used both the fine tip and the brush tip on these cards to try them out. I did cranberry crisp and cool caribbean. The other things are stamped with the stamp pads. I can take a picture of what the pens look like when done, but they honestly look just like SU pens, without the fancy caps to show what is in them. I solved this by taking a white label, putting it around the marker and writing on it what color it was. Good use for those dried up blender pen that you will never use again!
