This was the make-n-take for my open house. The actual project used purple Bazzil cardstock which added a little more dimension since it's textured. I used the Glaze Gelly Pens on the witch and it turned out awesome! They give an "embossed" look without heat! (It doesn't really show up in the scan)

There are a few different variations but here's what I did:
Cut cardstock 5 1/2 x 7. Score 1 3/8 from one end and 1 1/2 from the other (the long way). Adhere the seam and the bottom. Crimp the bottom 3-4 times for a finished look. Punch a hole in the top about 1/2 inch from the edge through both layers (not too close or it will rip). Cut approx. 20 inches of ribbon. Wrap the ribbon around the candy bar and slide it into the sleeve. Pull the ribbon through the holes (from the inside to the outside) and tie at the top. The rest can be your own design. There's another sample in my gallery (and many more on this site) if you want more ideas. Have fun!
