I found these at my favorite "stamping supply place', the Dollar Spot at Target! VERY easy to cover with stamped cardstock, I choose these two as they had less stuff to cover on the sides and under the handle I left them "as is" since there was no writing and it blended in ok.
I am showing both the plain "as is" tins with the decorated tins of each below the original. The colors were close enough that I was able to use the same covering for both the red and the burgandy. Fun project and cute, cute, cute!
Used "A Light Heart" and the Paisley backgroun stamp. Had to cop out and get the olive ribbon at the M store....no olive grosgrain but can't wait to get my hands on the new stuff in the mini!!!
These were the hostess gifts for my new stamp clubbers this year...along with the candy inside, they got an incentive stamp and a Stampin' Spot. Got that great idea from my friend Kim, but the ones she decorated were way cuter than mine!
