I took my iron and covered it with aluminum foil. Next I heated it and then rubbed my crayons over the foil. They melted. I used several colors and then took my cardstock and rubbed it over the crayon melt. I hope that helps.
I have too many questions! I love the ideas you come up with!! How long do you have to let the cs dry before stamping? Then, did you use the regular stamp pad or stazon? Great Card!!

The cardstock is dry almost immediately. I guess I used black craft, since I wrote it on there. It has been a while since I did this. Stazon would work too. I don't think classic ink will hold since it's a waxy surface you are stamping on.
This is not my original idea...what in stamping is, right? I saw it in one of the magazines. Don't ask which one and what issue. LOL I have too many and couldn't say.

I had seen this technique in a magazine too, but hadn't tried it...loved the card and now I'll have to get my crayons away from the daycare kids to try it. Thanks, happy stamping in MN.
