stamped paisley bkgd with basic brown then did a watercolor wash over the whole thing using cool caribbean. while it is still damp, I went back over areas with temp turquoise. each card I made turned out different playing with the paisley design

the watercolor wash is basically just covering the whole thing with a thin color. I used a drop or 2 of the re-inker and alot of water, started at the top with a large flat brush and moved quickly across the whole sheet. cs will curl up but thats ok and while it was still damp, I went back in with the temp turquoise and a small thin brush for more details, because the paper was still wet the edges stay soft and it is a really nice look.
the best thing with watercolor to remember is the more water, the lighter the color. less water means brighter color.
I'm glad you all enjoy this card so much. I was really pleased with and can't wait to make more in other colors now!
