Had to tweek this card abit but I finally like it. Added the white gel dots and that helped cut the blue a bit and kept the pattern of the background.

Oh, this does look Scandinavian -- it is lovely -- I thought those reindeer in that new winter set with tag shapes, can't think of the name, could be made to look Scandinavian as well -- they should be arriving today and that what I'll aim for -- great card!!!
