The shimmer is a pink liquid pot of stuff I bought it at a yard sale from a SU demonstrator. This product has been discontinued. I don't know what it's called. I created the shimmer by applying the stuff with a fine paint bursh, then heat set it with clear emboss. It's a fun product to play with, unfortunately it's not longer available. Sorry.
