Small variation of a card I've already uploaded. Added the phrase, and dyed white grossgrain ribbon a lighter shade of buckaroo blue. Looks great IRL. But definitely use rubber gloves when dying ribbon, it's messy.

Bonnie it's gorgeous! I love the ribbon dyed to match. I put my ribbon into a snack bag and seal it with the water and reinker. Then move the ribbon around into the dye and keep it going until it's all dyed. The open the snack bag and use a hinge type clothes pin to remove the ribbon. Then dry the ribbon with the heat tool. Sometimes I put both ends of the ribbon in the clothes pin and dry the ribbon. It dries quickly this way. You can also seal the snack bag up and keep it if you have more dye to use. Or zip it up and toss it....not mess. It's quick and easy!
