I made this card for my DD's 2nd birthday. The inside has the "date, place, time, etc." from the "Eat Cake" set. I coated the balloons with crystal effects and sprinkled on dazzling diamonds glitter. The ribbon is white grosgrain dyed with the Yoyo yellow pad...I took a sponge and held it over the ribbon while I dragged it across the pad, then flipped it over and dyed the other side (messy but it works without dragging out a bunch of dyeing supplies)

The tip is compliments of my upline, k_tweet99. She's the one that started doing it. You do have to wait for a while for the ribbon to dry or it turns everything whatever color it is, haha! But that's normal with anything you've dyed.
