I made this frame with paper from Crate Paper, my LCS sells them in kits - you get 13 sheets of coordinating paper, ribbon, primas and those foam board flowers.
I used one of the large circle tags, glued on the flower and cut out, to get a coordinating colored flower. The layered cardstock for the frame was already die-cut, just had to adhere to a backing. The small flowers were cut from some of the coordinating paper. I used some mini eyelets(lOVE those) below the sentiment, and a snap in the center of the foam board flower.
I added three types of ribbon to spice it up!
Over all I think this took about 3-4 hours to complete.
