Thank you for the challenge, Jacqueline. This summer fun card is for a gentleman who loves fishing. I created the background with strips of patterned paper. The fishing graphic and the sentiment are die cut with arch dies. I computer generated the scripture and the sentiment.

I really like the look of the herringbone background with the black edging to each strip, it gives it great definition, and a sort of stained glass look.

Beautifully crafted card. Love the strong masculine feel you created with the graphics and image. Great font on the sentiments. I know from personal experience that finding the right font can sometimes be as challenging as finding the right bg. You aced both. Super card.
