Today we support my sister Judi in her cancer journey. She loves desserts and embraces our Italian heritage. So I pulled out a vintage stamp set- the Chef- to create something unique. Our chef is delivering a special cake to her today to lift her spirits. The Italian flag background brings in the heritage piece. His kerchief and pants are paper pieced.

Well, I so nearly used this set, I'm glad I didn't. He's still a classic, and the enamel dots make the best buttons for his chef's whites.

One of my all-time favorite images and I never bought it - shame on me. Your background and the fact that there is cake under that dome are wonderful. Fab card for your Sister.

When I saw the challenge, I immediately thought of this stamp - the chef but since you used it I will do something different. Cute card and as they say - great minds think alike. I live very close to your sister and look forward to getting a card off to her soon.
