Nancy picked Kathy (kmberger) as our Featured Stamper this week. She has a gallery filled with lovely cards. Kathy favours fancy folds and so I made this simple one in her honour. I am sure I got this inspiration from her gallery but cannot find the exact place. This is a fold that Sherry Roth did called 'Majestic Fun Fold'.
I used the largest SB Labels 4 die for the blue of the focal panel and traced the inside on white and cut it out. The flowers were die cut from blue and pink and sponged using the die as a stencil. Otherwise I scored as per Sherry's instructions and added panels of DP. I used brads to secure the focal panel as my adhesive wouldn't hold. A tribute to Kathy and her love of folds!

The majestic fold showcases your floral panel so well, and the softly sponged blossoms with the layered die cuts bring a lovely mix of color and texture that enhances the special structure of the card.

Beautiful framing for those tiny die cut flowers and the side panels support both the colors and images beautifully.
