If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Then go find someone whose life gives them vodka and have a party!
I bought the tiles at Lowes. 25 for $2.95. I used craft ink, then baked to set the ink. 350 for 30 min. I colored the wooden shoe one with watercolor pencils first then sprayed all of them with a clear acrylic paint to seal. Hot glued a magnet on the back.

I probably didn't charge enough, but it being my first craft show I wasn't sure what to charge. I figured they only cost my about $.15 to make, I only charged $.75. For what I sold, it more than paid for the tiles.
