I was not feeling very good about my card for Benzi yesterday. I have a wonderful collection that includes nature and hunting dies, but yesterday's card didn't quite have the right feel.
Today's card features a single stamp on Concord and 9th Cobblestone paper. I kept a camouflage ribbon to help honor the theme. The sentiment is printed and cut out with the Scan N Cut.
Thanks for looking.

I like both! The camo ribbon is a touching nod to the military against that serene scene. Funny that you and I have both struggled with getting the right card made for this occasion!

This card is wonderful also. I think I like the scene better on this one--with just the ribbon and the sentiment. Simpler, yet a more powerful statement.

Aw, Brian. I thought your other card was nice as is this one. The sentiment on this one is fitting (and touching). Thank you also for the nice comment you left on my card.

Brian, I love both of your cards, but this one is my favorite, I have to agree how you felt about your other card. This card is the perfect one and has the full view of your fantastic stamp.

Fab stamp, I especially love the geese flying overhead. I feel I haven't seen as many as usual this year. Maybe yours are ducks, actually, but here a bigger skein like that would always be geese. . I think it makes a great sympathy card.
