They have a link to a tutorial in one of the issues. You can also do a search here. The short answer is that Gamsol is a brand name for mineral spirits used by artists when painting watercolors. SCS recommends using Gamsol with its watercolor crayons and a tool called a stump. After seeing so many lovely cards here, I bit the bullet and bought some...should be coming in anyday. It's not a readily available product. You can get it from Inky Antics website or a good art supply store. Hope this helps.
