I am hosting the WCW challenge this week and hope you will like it. It is certainly a different way to make wildflowers and I loved it. I went a bit overboard and added a creek to mine which no one has to do uness you want. I painted the creek and the ground, grass, and wildflowers are up on the creek bank.
The challenge is called Easy Loose Floral Watercolor and the artist is Cecy Catalan.
Hope you will join us and watercolor this fun scene of wildflowers.

Oooh I love how you did your colors here and mixed some soil into the foreground a lot. I tried that but, I think mine absorbed into the greens. This is so very pretty Brenda.

Oh, how pretty, Brenda! I like your take on this with the added purple and the creek. So many wildflowers are found along the banks of ponds, creeks and streams. Well done~

What a lovely field. I can imagine laying in the grass looking up to the sky surrounded by delicate, brightly colored wildflowers. What a wonderful place to be. What a wonderful card.
