I'm not at the robe stage yet but I get extra cookies for the tub. I grew up with an old cast iron tub and I still remember how cold it would feel when you first got in, gradually warming up. When I worked in London I lived in a beautiful apartment just across the square from the American embassy, but my bathroom had no window at all and I found it so claustrophobic. I don't enjoy rooms with no natural light. So I've given Babs a bright light-filled room with a view.
Floor is DP stuck to white card. I scored it into tiles and stamped the background pattern, fish and bubbles. Cut the window out, added a frame back in and put my tree layer behind, covered with clear packing tape. Added a scored blind.
Main image stamped on white card, coloured and fussy-cut. I used Glossy Accents on the bath, Stickles on the bubbles and a knot of ribbon to tie Bab's hair up.

Wow! The amount of detail on this card is amazing and the overall result is stunning. The wall tile is so clever. Great window too. What an elevated card - I love it!

Great card! I love the scene you created, especially that fabulous window. I never thought of using clear packing tape to achieve a "glass" look -- very clever.

What a fantastic spa scene—Babs looks perfectly pampered in her light-filled bathroom! I love the clever mix of techniques, from the scored tile floor to the glossy accents on the tub and bubbles. The framed view and scored blind add so much charm and realism, and the fishy wallpaper is such a whimsical surprise. Every thoughtful detail tells a story—this card feels like a luxurious little escape.
