I used, the square, the red and yellow color.
I made it in the Piet Mondrian style.
The Dutch painter Piet Mondrian is considered an important pioneer of abstraction. Image compositions made up of black horizontals and verticals as well as harmonious surface structures in the primary colors red, blue and yellow became his distinguishing feature. His art of neoplasticism influenced architecture and design as well as haute couture. In 1925 his work New Design. Neoplasticism in the series of Bauhaus books.

Dagmar - love where you took Linda's fractured card. The graphics are so eye-catching . . . . Loved your write up about Mondrian, too. I remember the graphic block dresses in the 60's - often paired with shiny white "go go boots" if memory serves me right.

Dagmar, this is very eye-catching. How cool you were influenced by Linda's card and a famous artist you know a lot about. The splatter is fabulous. Super cool case/card. Hugz

I remember studying Mondrian in my art classes. I also remember dresses that were made making use of his unique design and style that were popular in the 60's. I guess I am aging myself here.
