I am SO rainbow it's a shame that I'm heterosexual. Loud is my favorite color. When I saw that the challenge was using rainbow colors but NOT an actual rainbow, I knew what I was going to use. I had printed some gorgeous colored backgrounds on photo paper, making them fabulously bright. I took a sheet of that and die cut the background die, the butterfly and the soar word. Applied them to the Cosmo card base, then embellished with the Jones Tones mini sequins. Tada!
Before I go TOO tada- I had tried using some double stick adhesive sheets, which I hoped would simplify sticking down the die cuts. Um, yeah. In the process of popping out all the bits from the die cuts, I had to touch the sticky backing often (the danged protective sheet on the back would NOT stay on while I cleaned out the die cut). This led to repeated repairs using Aleene's Jewel It as bits popped loose. Just TRY getting glue on the underside of a partially stuck down die cut. It was a job. I finally got the butterfly firmly attached to the card base and not trying to escape.

That is technicolour gorgeous! I don't know which of the butterfly, jewels or swirl is my favourite.. the swirl die is beautiful.
I hear you on double-sided sheets and dies. I find it hit and miss. I find the easiest way to add glue in small areas is to take a small strip of thin card, maybe up to 1/2" wide, smear a dab of glue on the end and then slide it under the die-cut. Add more glue as needed....Maybe that's already how you do it.

Pat, what a fab idea for the MMTPT rainbow color challenge. Your card has rainbow in multiple ways. I love those gems. Fabby card. Hugz
