Instead of creating my own winter background with sponging and masking, I created it with snowy patterned paper and a torn white cs snow bank. I added a die cut evergreen tree instead of a deciduous tree like Kittie's - I cut once from green and once from white cs and glued them together to have a thin line of white on the branch tops. I changed Kittie's two deer to one deer, but I did copy her method of sponging the die cut deer with ink to give it more life.

You did two of my favorite challenges, Susan, and the background is so pretty and the dear sponged perfectly. A GREAT Christmas card/case.
Thanks for playing in the 900th challenge - I know you have done of ton of the 900. Your cards are always wonderful. Hugz
