I had a lot of fun making this Christmas "Explosion Pop Up" card.
I followed the tutorial by Jan B: no 474 Explosion pop up card.
I used a lot of die cuts on the front and on the pop up part inside.
The sleigh on the front is die cut twice and embellished with green star rhinestones.
The trees inside are dry embossed with several embossing folders.
The deer inside are sponged with brown ink.
The card remains closed with a Velcro dot.
The stamped sentiment from Marianne Design says: "Fine Christmas days and a Happy New Year".
For further embellishments I used a thin white ribbon with golden bells on the card flap
The materials that I used are in the description boxes

That is amazing looking!! It reminds me a little if the Turkish map fold, only you've got far more pleats. That's a lovely deer on the front - and a whole little herd inside - like the park I cycle through going to work.
Wow, what an amazing display in this card! So many beautiful die cuts and colors; the papers are lovely! Thanks for sharing with us at Cut It Up! Katrina
WOW, what a cool fold, and the patterned paper along the side folds are perfect with scene, lots of dimension. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble, Creative Creases and Critter Crazy.
