This Tea Party challenge comes at an excellent time for me. I just recently got the "Rainbow Garden Florals" cut apart set from Paper Rose Studio. As you might expect from the title, it features tons of beautiful floral images for fussy cutting.
I started by selecting the wreath image and cutting it out. Then I went through my paper until I found this scrap of tissue paper that I thought went well with it. Tissue paper can be a bit hard to work with, so I adhered it to a piece of plain white cardstock before proceeding.
After adhering the tissue paper / white cardstock to a green card base, I carefully arranged the wreath so that its colors aligned with the surrounding colors as much as possible. Then I stuck it down.
A crafting friend recently sent me the strip of silver circles with rainbow gems in their centers. I thought it made a good accent, so I framed it on some green and silver cardstock. Then, to continue the silver theme, I added the silver butterfly charm.
Finally, I added some gems to the butterfly's body, I also added gems, in corresponding colors, to some of the flower centers. The photo doesn't completely show it, but it has a wonderful sparkle in real life.

Some things are meant to be and this paper pack did you proud. That wreath is SO pretty and I love the added rainbow bling. Cool tissue with the perfect design to go with the wreath.

This is gorgeous. I love that wrath, and the paper you found goes with it perfectly -- it's hard to believe they aren't part of the same set. The filigree butterfly is a beauty, too.
