I wanted to give you some fresh spring colors this week. I love the combination of yellow and purple or lavender so I chose the grape and freesia. An interesting thing about the freesia. Alone it looks like a purple, but when next to a purple it looks pink. Fresh Freesia is quite the chameleon - perhaps that's why I love it!
I die cut all the pieces and added some shading in the same color as the cardstock to a few of the pieces. I think it adds a nice something extra. For my dessert I added Old Olive, I could have used Mossy Meadow since it is a neutral but I liked the lighter olive with these colors.
I hope you will be able to join us this week!

Super cute! This sweet birdie has a deluxe birdhouse. Love the picket fence and the flowers. Fabulous design. Thanks for the beautiful colors this week. Interesting thoughts about Fresh Freesia; I think you're right! We will miss you on the team, and look forward to still seeing your beautiful cards now & again.
