Hi, everyone! This week's Inspiration Challenge site is 'A Beautiful Mess'. These flowers had me drooling...what an awesome color combo! I used some goodies from Altenew for my card today. The stamps, dies, embossing folder, and coloring stencils all coordinate....LOVE!!! I probably should have used a little more ink...I'm always afraid of over-doing it! The main panel was cut out with a Pierced Rectangle Die from Divinity Designs LLC. This is a birthday card for my favorite aunt....one of my favorite humans on the planet!! I hope she loves it! Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

The intense colors of your inspiration blooms IS quite the celebration of life so I totally understand when you say maybe could have used a bit more ink.
This card however is perfectly beautiful in the blended soft tones and the added gems look like dewdrops.
Thought: If you have the time, you might stencil just the large flower in more intense tones, overlay it on your card to see which option you prefer . . If you like it, glue it down, if not - save it for another project.

Wow, Angella, your layered flower is amazing. Such beautuiful texture and dimension. I find these flowers challenging, but yours is absolutely perfect. Lovely card!
