To make the background I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink. I stamped the ink on an acrylic block and then strayed it with water. Next I laid down white paper on it and let it soak up the ink. When that dried I sprayed it with water and dried it many times until I got the look I wanted. I then added a few splotches of the ink to it. For the butterflies I cut them out with a die out of Altenew glitter cardstock. Since I didn't have purple glitter cardstock I made some with Crafter's Companion glitter paste.
