Thank you for hosting the Teapot Challenge, Jacqueline! We are sending cards of comfort to Theresa. Jacqueline challenged us to use two or three colors to create a gradient on our card. Using two shades of blue ink and a sponge I created a gradient on the thin horizontal panel. I added stenciling with a third shade of blue ink and then added some silver highlights with silver embossing powder. The top portion of the main panel is dry embossed and the lower portion is patterned paper. I adhered a die cut wreath, a leafy branch and a stamped sentiment. I embellished with a punched butterfly and rhinestones. I hope your friend is comforted by the teapot card shower, Nancy.

This is so lovely and serene. I love the sprigs in white and blues. They look beautiful against the patterns in your bg. Great stenciling on that strip too. And you added a butterfly! Bonus points in my book. Fabulous card.

Your card for Theresa is a beautiful expression of comfort and support. The gradient effect you achieved with the blue inks and stenciling, along with the silver highlights, adds a serene and elegant touch. Your thoughtful embellishments, including the die-cut wreath, branch, and butterfly, are sure to bring a smile to Theresa's face during this difficult time.
