For today's ABC20 challenge for the letter P, we're going to Pisa in Italy. I have a set of small circular stamps with iconic images and there is Pisa, right in the middle of the tag shape. I used a stash piece, just watercolor paper with circles of painted gold(not sure why I did that, must have been playing) and then stamped a bunch of wood mounted stamps that I thought could work. The embroidery floss are red and green the colors of the Italian flag. I edged the piece with a couple of neutral Distress inks. Gold Nuvo stone drops are at the bottom right corner. The piece about learning Italian is from a catalog by The Great Courses...let's learn Italian! I used today's sketch, of course. Thanks for the challenges! I've always wanted to go to Italy.

Such a cool collage card Jean. I love how you took an Italian image and turned it into a postage stamp. Love it all. Fav’d. Happy day

Your creation for the ABC20 challenge perfectly captures the essence of Pisa with its iconic image stamped on the tag. The incorporation of gold accents, the Italian flag colors in the embroidery floss, and the educational snippet about learning Italian add depth and richness to the design, making it a delightful tribute to Italy.
Great card! I love your collage, especially the inclusion of the piece cut from a Great Courses catalog. Do they send you endless catalogs, too? I get at least one a week. I need to follow your lead and start using some of the images for crafting.
