This week's challenge is "Whisper in the Wind" - I chose this old Stamps Happen image as it gave the wind a life like form. (I first bought these stamps because they had SO much detail - I now rarely use them for the same reason as I find them difficult to colorize . . .) Still this personification of the wind seemed perfect for today's challenge so I did my best. I added some (supposedly) translucent glitter to the flower trails but the camera sees them as dull blobs (may have something to do with the overcast skies, too.) I have been humming the old Bob Dylan song ever since I saw the challenge - hence my title.

That is a fabulous image; it really does personify the wind. The background paper also looks pretty breezy. And two Dylan quotes in one gallery, how often does that happen? (I also have some super detailed stamps I bought thinking they'd be fun to color only to realize I'm not that into detailed coloring.)

this is cute: the girl flying in the air with her cat. Fabulous colors on the balloon, and Mr Wind is great giving them just enough wind to carry them away.

Your girl and Linda's are both enjoying the company of their cat. Your wind makes me think of that lovely book At the Back of the North Wind. I must pull it out and read it again. Your background really adds to the windy feel (I don't realise TX could be so windy).

Your portrayal of the wind's personification through the Stamps Happen image is captivating, capturing its lifelike form despite the intricate detailing. The addition of translucent glitter to the flower trails adds a whimsical touch, though the overcast skies may have subdued its sparkle in the photographs. Your choice of title, inspired by the old Bob Dylan song, adds a delightful layer of depth to your creation.
