OK, so you know how you sometimes have address labels which are no longer correct? But they're too pretty to throw away? No? Just me, the Ultimate Craft Hoarder? LOL!
Anyway, I scavenged these outdated address labels from my dad, and cut off the address part. Then I added the images to some scalloped squares that a crafting friend sent me, and arranged them on a piece of white cardstock. After sticking them down, I tried out some different borders. My first instinct was to go with yellow, to make the card feel sunny, but that was a bit too much. So, in the end, I went with a light green, to suggest all the new Spring foliage.

Green is nature's neutral so you picked the perfect color for the card base. And it does show off all those lovely images beautifully. I love that you used scalloped framing because I think that adds a touch of whimsy as well. You certainly captured Spring here. Wonderful card.

Oh dear, my life has been so hectic and I have missed so many MMTPT galleries, that I haven't met our newest Teapotter? Hello and welcome! I'm so glad that you've joined us as we spread Teapotter cheer and paper hugs around the world. This one is sure to bring a smile to Katelyn. So bright and springy! And yes, I do know exactly what it's like to save address labels that are wrong because they're too cute/pretty to throw away...now I have an idea of what to do with them :0)

What a delightful idea to upcycle some pretty address labels. Very creative too. The end result is fabulous. Great card! Hugz
