Thank you, Ardyth, for hosting. We are being inspired by our Featured Stamper, Michelle (aka mcstamperNE). I chose this adorable card as my inspiration:
The differences: Changed from a Valentine to a birthday card, her main image is a frog and mine is a hunting dog, changed the color scheme.
I used a circle die for my dog image and matted with a decorative circle die. The panel behind the circles is stamped with a woodgrain image and then die cut. I dry embossed two of the sections before adhering. The largest panel is also dry embossed with the same folder. I embellished with die cut branches.
Congratulations, Michelle, you have a wonderful gallery. Enjoy your week!

This is spectacular! Aside from the adorable working dog I love the way you texturized the background. Great woodgrain and natural colours. What a wonderful card!

Wow, that new patchwork die adds a real jazzy touch to your card. I am enabled now, lol....Great colors, embossing and adding those diecut branches totally works!

Rita, the texture and sketch on this are perfect with that wonderful image. This is a fab card for a dog or duck hunting lover. The men in my family would adore this. Great case. Hugz

Thanks so much for CASEing my card and for sharing your beautiful work! I love the woodgrain and the tone-on-tone of your branch die cuts and embossing. Yours is a great masculine card.
