I used masking fluid again today in order to leave suitable space for my blossom but so that the sky was visible in between the branches. The rest of the scene is pretty basic but I did my best and I am quite pleased with the picture

I have been waiting for this calendar and just thought about it a day or two ago. It is gorgeous and super painting, Janine. That tree trunk looks so real.
