Jeanette has called for Monochromic cards in the CAS challenge this week.
I painted some Japanese Wisteria after watching a lovely video (the link was disabled so I can't post it but you can search How to paint wisteria flower in watercolor step by step and find it).
I splattered some paint when the paper was wet to get the background. 12 seconds in the microwave to dry (I don't recommend that as it is dangerous) and then I quickly painted the flowers as this is a CAS challenge and needs to be something you can do quickly. After they dried, I splattered them with white and gold paint and sponged the edges.
It was pretty quick and easy.
