I started out by die-cutting something from double-sided adhesive - but my powder didn't stick to it at all. I don't know why not - even after pressing it down, as soon as I shook the rest off there was none left at all. I now have a piece with gilding flakes, as they stuck to it no problem. So then I tried with the waste from a sheet of dimensionals. I mostly use red-liner tape and I was fairly sure it would melt with the heat gun. Anyway, I'm happy with what I got. I added gems into some of the apertures. The background was black card embossed with TH Circuit and then buffed with Cosmic Shimmer, and I added some green rub-on over the raised part of the circuit. It looked a bit bare and I couldn't think what to add - in the end I went for some narrow steps trimmed from the background panel and stuck on with a dimensional with gold embossing powder (I had to add for to get the powder to stick, and of course the glue bubbled up with the heat gun, but here I was happy to have extra texture.

As I told you earlier, I love your thinking outside of the box with the leftover dimensional piece, which I usually cut up for more dimensional-ism. I will save a piece to try it. Love your grungy modern look. Favd.

I LOVE all the texture, and the bg is fab!! Love that you put a few gems into the black.
