The lines were very easy to do, but then I decided to try to make a treble clef, I took a scrap of paper and covered both sides with double side tape strips, then die cut it but the backside was already sticky so glued it on an sheet of paper, peeled of the front added black EP heat embossed it, and put it back in the die to die cut it, then added tape on the back to adhere over the lines, a birthday sentiment, and some sequins, to keep this really CAS

Very classy and elegant. The lines work so well with the treble clef. I'm impressed that it cut so well after embossing. I've had too many experiences with embossed sentiments starting to peel a bit if I die-cut after embossing, so I'd never have thought to try this.
