For Ann's brother Mike who is Irish. I did not want to go main stream so I thought wee folk and a bit of whimsy might be in order for a change.
I maked off a circle, sponged the background,(removed the masked) stamped the image. colored the moon and fairy wings. Punched and layered the sentiment which I got from the internet.

Great placement of the moon. Actually, this reminds me so much of the cover of the book the text I used came from - it's called "Night of the Fairies" and has a fairy and full moon scene on the cover. The coloured wings look lovely.

I wanted to use a fairy but didn't have a clue how to do it. You pulled it off beautifully. Those wings are gorgeous and your silhouette looks super against the bg and the full moon. I love that quote. Wonderful card.
Gorgeous card! I've seen people create so many beautiful scenes using Lavinia silhouette stamps, and yours is no exception. I especially love how you colored the fairy's wings. Great sentiment as well.
